SHIPPING POLICY

Australia Only - Sorry we do not ship internationally. Please email us at info@muveco.com.au for international inquiries.

All orders placed before 12pm AEST during Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be packed, processed and dispatched within 2 business days. We endeavour to ship orders between 2 business days. 

All parcels are sent from Melbourne via Australia Post (5 to 7 working days for delivery depending on your location). Please allow an extra day for deliveries to regional areas and WA. Express orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days.

To ensure a safe delivery, it may be worthwhile to consider specifying a delivery address where you will be present. 

All orders will receive an email notification once the order has been dispatched and a tracking number will be provided.

Please note that shipping for Customised products takes up to 10 business days. No returns or exchanges on Customized products.

Parcels are sent via Australia Post shipping method. 
– Standard $10 – up to 7 business days

– Express $15 –  2-3 business days in all other areas.

We ask that you allow an extra day for regional areas and deliveries to WA.

MUVE Australia does not take responsibility for any delivery delays outside of our control. We will ship as advised using the best method possible, however any delays due to the courier provider are outside of our control and will not be reimbursed for. Once your order leaves our warehouse, any delays are out of our control, but we will do our best to help out in these situations to ensure you are provided with the best customer experience possible.
