Our HQ and warehouse are based in Melbourne. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, for standard orders it will take up to 6 business days, for express it will take 1-3 business days. For WA and remote areas, we ask that you allow an extra day for both standard and express services.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update. Caring for your MUVE Reusable products
Our bottles are not dishwasher safe. If placed in the dishwasher, you will highly likely cause damage to our beautiful powdercoat finish and insulating properties, and we wouldn’t want that!
You can get out of washing our accessories by hand, they’re all completely dishwasher safe, but be sure to use the top rack.

Something we're asked from time to time, but rest assured you're safe! This is completely normal, especially if you're new to stainless steel bottles, or just used to drinking out of a plastic bottle.
It really depends on the person, but if you're feeling like it has a strong smell/taste after you've washed it, there's another cleaning method you can use.
Just rinse 1 teaspoon of baking soda with some soap and water, give it a light shake and let it sit for a couple hours, then rinse. Vinegar will also do the trick!
MUVE is designed in Melbourne, Australia and proudly Australian owned. Our products are carefully and responsibly made in China, where we closely work with our reputable manufacturer and factories.
Both our Muve bottles and Muve tumblers are made of 18/8 stainless steel, which is considered the highest food-grade of stainless steel. We use 18/8 stainless steel because It is durable, rust resistant, won't leach chemicals into your beverages, and does not retain flavours or smells.
The outer layer is finished with a high quality, scratch and stain resistant powder coating. All MUVE products, including accessories are BPA free.
To put it simply... Our bottles have 2 layers (think of a bottle within a bottle) The air between the two layers is vacuumed out and therefore, the heat or cold cannot conduct between the two and any outside temperatures surrounding your bottle (a piping hot day or extremely cold day), won’t affect your beverage inside the MUVE bottle or tumbler.
All MUVE bottles and tumblers are built with triple walled insulation. This is a step up from regular vacuum sealed bottles and uses a copper lining on the inner side of our inside layer, meaning there are 3 layers of insulation for the outside temperatures to try and get through.
The copper lining is 30% more effective than regular vacuum insulation and is also the reason why our bottles have zero condensation. It also helps to distribute the heat or cold more evenly and allows your MUVE bottle to retain temperatures for an even longer period of time, in comparison to any other regular insulated bottle.
The vacuum insulation keeps things at a steady temperature for extended periods of time, that’s why we confidently say that all of the MUVE bottles and the MUVE 12oz Travel Mug, will hold 24 hours cold or 12 hours hot.
The 16oz MUVE tumbler will vary, as the spill proof lid is not as insulated as our bottle lids, or 12oz travel mug. Although they will still hold heat/cold for an extended time when compared to a regular insulated tumbler, due to our copper lining!
We can confidently say that all MUVE bottles are leak proof, along with the 12oz Travel Mug. Our only product that is considered spill proof rather than leak proof is the MUVE 16oz tumbler as the lid is not completely sealed.
12 wonderful years! This is the average shelf life for a stainless-steel bottle before it starts showing signs of needing replacing. This obviously will vary for every bottle and it needs to be considered how often you’re using your MUVE and how you look after it.
We want to do our bit for the planet by bringing you a reusable bottle, so we’ve worked hard to improve our new MUVE bottles and tumblers. Every single aspect of our packaging in recyclable. Personalisation and Corporate Branding
We can personalise and MUVE bottle, MUVE tumbler and MUVE travel mug! If you have a logo you are wanting to add to our products, we recommend emailing us beforehand, as we need this in a specific .AI (Illustrator) format, we also want to make sure that all aspects of your logo can be captured and will be compatible with our software.
We use our inhouse laser etching machine, which is why we can turn around bulk orders in no time! Our laser etcher cuts away the powder coating on the bottle and tumbler, which makes the silver stainless bottle show through to create the personalisation and logo.
Unfortunately, we can’t personalise emoji’s and some special characters, but we do have a number of different symbols and star signs that you can choose from.
If you have an accent or diacritic in your text, we can do this in most cases, but it will be dependent on the font chosen. If this happens to not be available for your personalisation, our team will get in touch with you to see how you wish to proceed, whether that may be changing the text or the font.
Due to the curve of the bottle, we only offer up to 5 characters when personalising on the top and bottom of the bottle and tumbler. We can physically do more, but the text can become distorted or very small. If you wish to have more than 5 characters lasered onto the top or bottom of the bottle, please contact our team to arrange this prior to purchasing, but please note that no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
The character limit for middle vertical personalisation’s is 100 charters and text can be placed on 3 lines.
Unfortunately, all personalisation’s and branding will only appear in silver. Our laser etcher cuts away the powder coating on the bottle and tumbler, which makes the silver stainless bottle show through to create the personalisation and logo. Damage and Warranty
We are dedicated to providing you with a product of the highest quality. All products are tested and checked for defects at the point of manufacturing before they reach our Melbourne warehouse, they are then checked again before your order is dispatched. From time to time a defect can be missed or damaged in transit. We guarantee every MUVE product with a warranty against manufacturing or transport defects. If this so happens to be the case with your MUVE, please contact our team immediately so we can look into this further for you and replace any damaged items, within 14 days of receiving your order. We will require a photo of the damage or a video if this appears to be leaking. Our warranty does not include general wear and tear, damage or loss of parts once in the care of the customer.
On the odd but possible chance you experience a rattling sound, there is no need to worry. This is a small metal disc that sits between the double wall of your MUVE and is part of the vacuum insulation. This disc can become displaced, which then causes the rattle noise. This will not have any affect to the insulation of your MUVE.
This can very easily be tested at home. You can very carefully and cautiously poor boiling hot water straight from the kettle into your MUVE bottle. To tell if there is any insulation damage, you don’t need to put the bottle lid on. After a few minutes, feel the outside of the bottle carefully, more towards the middle to the base of your bottle. If there are any hot spots that you can feel, then the insulation of your MUVE bottle has been damaged. If this happens to be the case, please contact our team. If it has been a considerably long time since your order was placed, a replacement may not be granted. Please take extra caution while the bottle is filled with boiling water, do not shake the bottle. Should you place the lid back onto the bottle whilst it is filled with boiling water, please take care when removing the bottle lid.
If your bottle appears to have rusted, it is highly likely that it is just a mark left behind from the electropolishing process, which smooths the surface of the metal to make it shiny. Sometimes if electrolytes are left on the surface they can turn a rust colour, but it's harmless. All of our bottles are made from 18/8 food grade stainless and completely safe and rust resistant.
